Health Streets: How to Lose 10pounds in 7days

If you want to lose 10 pounds in a week, here is an easy and efficient diet for you.
This diet is made of beneficial ingredients and is proven as very useful in short period of time.

Breakfast:
In the morning drink a glass of cool lemonade, so that you activate your metabolism and detoxify your body. After 30 minutes, eat 2 apples or 2 oranges or 1 big grapefruit.

Snack:
Prepare some fresh salad with olive oil and little salt.

Dinner:
Your dinner should not be after 6 p.m. Take hard boiled eggs, and prepare some salad with cucumber or lettuce with olive oil and little salt.
Before going to bed drink 1 dl of green tea (put 4 bags of green tea in 1 l of water).
Stick to this diet for a week or 10 days, depending on how much weight you want to lose. The expectations are to lose 10 pounds in one week.
